"This is a beautiful new hotel with garage parking, a great breakfast, friendly staff, and locates in the beautiful city of Post Falls. The entire property was very clean and the layput of the rooms is amazing! There is a great lounge area with cool little patio if you like to sit outside. "

"Great place to stop over! Clean room, comfortable bed, and great views. Very pet friendly. Good restaurant/bar with a kind crowd and zippy service. Been here three times and will return again! "

"The building was under renovation so there was paintings on the floor the were staff moving stuff. The microwave also was unplugged and when I plugged it in did not work, the pillows turned flat so I double stacked pillows and still went flat. The pool was open at least, breakfast was a lot of food."

"Staff was nice, room didn’t have a fire alarm at all. No soap for hand washing or in the shower. Breakfast was sparse. Desperately in need of renovations. "

"Run down hotel full of Mold, rooms dirty, bed sheets dirty, staff very rude, manager Patti never calls back. There was guests yelling asking for manager and wanted their money back. It’s the worst hotel I have ever been too. 4 other guests were complaining."
