"Absolutely perfect. All staff were excellent at front desk, housekeeping, restaurant/bar and most particularly the maintenance guy who went above and beyond when our rental car developed a leaking gas line. First class service with the hotel in the perfect spot for exploring Naples. Thanks"

"The rooms are old the AC is old. On Saturday when we arrived at the pool, there was no spots and we could not use the pool. The spots that were open had reserve signs on them. When we tried to sit in one of them, and one women “member” came and yelled at us. Sad place for a family to spend their afternoon. The music at the pool was too loud for our little infant as well. Quite a disturbing place. On top of that they made us pay a resort fee! For what! That pool? Definitely not coming back. We are locals in Naples that live in riverstone community. Our pool in the community is closed this month for renovations, thought we would try this place but was not happy."

"Bathroom didn’t have enough towels. Roll in shower water went everywhere. For an accessible room for handicap there wasn’t a lot of room to move around with a wheelchair."

"Nothing wasn’t what I expected. The manager was very rude and lied."

"The hotel is dirty, the room smells horrible, the refrigerator was frozen over and not cleaned, everything in the room was old, and the lobby furniture was very dirty. In my opinion, the hotel is under repair—I would never visit it again."
