"The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. While advertised as convenient, being directly opposite Keir Srynge Market meant struggling to locate the property every time I went out and tried to return.The area felt unsafe after dark, with limited lighting and no clear pedestrian pathways. "Nice clean place, very wonderful staff doing the food facilities. My check-in receptionist was not very welcoming. House cleaning Wednesday staff stole my MacBook Pro charger. Yes the hotel has a room safe but forgot to secure all my chargers so they choose to take the Apple charger. The beach is not bad. In the mornings the water comes all the way up to the rocks. The one swimming pool is nice with the center water bar other swimming pool is away from the beach. I think it is a wonderful family friendly place as they have the feeding of the vultures at 11:30am everyday and the monkeys are seen during breakfast time on the rooftops. Water and drinks are best bought at the mini supermarket outside the resort."
