This is a scam, they didn't offer me a room, Instead two days prior moved me to a different motel-like place. with no other go I accepted, but the place was pathetic what they offered—and charged me more on check-in.

The company is a fraud. They will cancel your booking at the last moment and not refund the paid advance also. Stay away from this hotel .

This hotel name is “Elegance Hotel and Banquet Hall”. It’s not a Fabhotel chain, as noted in Google maps. There are 2 outdoor wedding halls in front of the hotel. We traveled there with elderly parents to see the new Ram Mandir. Hotel: The front staff is friendly and pleasant. This hotel maybe convenient if you are using one of their banquet halls for a wedding and need to stay the night. The hotel was not appropriate for us. It has a flight of stairs to get to the lobby, no hotel rooms on the ground or 1st floor. Rooms are on the 2nd floor, with 2 additional long flights of stairs to walk up after getting to the lobby. There is NO lift. It was challenging for elderly parents to go up and down all the stairs. Rooms: Basic, Bedding and towels are old. Walls need to be cleaned. Location: There is no restaurant on-site. No restaurants near the hotel. You have to walk 5-10min on a dirt road (not paved) to the main road, then find places to eat along that road which are limited options. If you pick up food and walk back to eat in the hotel, the monkeys may get you if you don’t hide that food. To get to Ram mandir: walk to the main road, then catch a bus that takes you closer to the Ram Mandir in about 15-20min. Then you get off and walk at least 30min. They block the road to vehicles/ e-rickshaws closer to the Ram Mandir so it’s very difficult for elderly, or those with mobility issues to visit. Much improvement is still needed in the area.
