"They didnt have room service the restaurant wasnt selling food they complained about my service dog said he wasnt a service dog and was staff was not friendly also rosa seems to be prostituting around the hotel at night "

"Check in was fine, I had my dog with me, she put us as far away from the entrance, 3 rd floor last room on that floor. So when the dog needed to go out we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs and that back stairway was filthy I doubt it has been vacuumed in months, the carpet was black in places. The room had no wash cloths or hand towels only 2 bath towels. They really need to invest in some decent pillows, king bed with pillows about 15x10, tiny pillows. The room was inexpensive but I expected to at least have the basics."

"This hotel is a bit worn, and the breakfast, while hot, feels like a bare minimum: 2 hot items plus waffle maker, only white bread and one kind of bagel, apples were only fruit. And no water for guests anywhere in the hotel: not in the breakfast area, not in the lobby, no water dispenser in the fitness center. I asked at the front desk and all they could offer was to sell me bottled water. This is a pretty basic offering to not provide. "

"Really nice staff every time, I’ve stayed here a couple times. They’re in process of updating everything, so some of the rooms smell like old smoke. The gym is great, the TV’s are nice (bring a fire stick, the smart tvs don’t have internet packages yet). "

"Room was dirty and in disrepair. Breakfast was supposed to be 6 to 9 but was put away at 730am. Had to ask for clean towels. Dirty wet towels in tub and on bathroom floor when I got their. No toilet paper in bathroom. Holes in walls."

"I don’t even know where to start! Let me start with checking in, the employee was sleeping. Next parking, I had a what I could assume was a woman on drugs by my car. The gamble whether my car would still be there in the morning was present. The cleanliness was awful, stains, dirty mop bucket water, doors left opened, smell of weed (no smoking property), the room was not swept or mopped. Basic hygiene of the property was a zero. The elevator had stains which you could draw your own conclusion as to what it was. The room was not completely left to “normal” hotel status. The bed wasn’t made, the microwave has caked on yellow food. I contacted hotels.com they asked me what I wanted them to do about the situation, I told them a credit or full refund. I was disappointed that customer service didn’t truly empathize with the problems of this property. The stock photos are a complete lie/misleading. In short, I would not recommend the Red Lion Inn. "
