"Room was spotless, loved the hardwood floors. Bathroom was new, the place definitely is revamped. No bugs, no cockroaches, not even a spider. Close to everything including the jail. The only part that sucked was the broken elevator. Other than that it was a comfortable stay, and I have nothing bad to say other than the elevator being broken."

"The hotel had a bad smell in hallways and my room smelled like old mold. Then all night there was constant banging on walls, loud noises and what sounded like kids jumping on beds or something. I called front desk to get someone to check but never heard back and it continued. This went on for always the entire night. I got no sleep."

"We checked in SUPER LATE hit lots of traffic and still let us in and greeted us like we were right on time. Room was big and clean, shower was big but needed a different curtain. Will for sure stay again "

"Was called and told that they were keeping $100 of my deposit because I got my period and left a quarter sized spot of blood on the sheet. Then after I called and complained they charged an additional $90 and $60 on my card which they are refusing to remove. I had to call my bank for a chargeback. $300 for one pair of sheets is ridiculous. I trusted this site to book a hotel room, not get scammed. I’m extremely unhappy and will never book with Ramada or Wyndham again."
