A nice place but somewhat dated. Good value. Easy to get to & easy check in. Fireplace didn’t work. That sucked.

This whole trip exceeded my expectations. The property was clean, easy to access, and right across from the hot springs resort. It’s in an awesome location, and the view of the mountains was absolutely amazing. The villa had everything we needed for the weekend, and I would absolutely come here again!

This 1-bdrm condo was clean, fairly roomy, fairly priced. Seating, tv, king bed, kitchen and bath were good. The steel framing of the pull-out sofa bed is coming apart and no longer supports a person properly. It needs repair. Otherwise good.

All the amenities were available for our stay. Directions were clear on getting to the resort and entering. We will be coming back.

Very affordable but very nice place to stay my only concern is the sofa bed is old not sturdy anymore and toilet very slow to flush but overall it's a nice place

Was very disappointed that the pool in the pictures was not included. We had to pay extra to use the pool. Rediculous. What is the point in having a condo in this complex if the amenities are not included.

the unit had a broken curtain rod, and they said they would do some maintenance. Toaster oven very dirty, we easily cleaned. Check in was extremely difficult.

Family from Alberta and BC met for a week in a unity with A and B side each being a one bedroom suite...perfect for of us. Units very roomy, clean, quiet and well equipped. Building not in complex meant need to walk or drive to recreation centre which was enjoyed several times. Being surrounded by mountains and able to access activities in area was wonderful.

This is a privately owned unit, not a hotel. Communication for check in instructions was difficult as the number given to call for lock code resulted in talking to someone who didn’t know the answers. Eventually we received a text with the code. There were no king sheets for the king bed. On the bed were two flat queen sheets that were not large enough to tuck in on the sides. We had to improvise by turning the flat sheets sideways across the bed, which meant they did not reach the bottom of the bed. Who wants to make their own bed when you reach your destination at the end of a long drive? The towels provided were a mishmash of odds and ends from a thrift store; nothing coordinated, and one of the bath towels provided had dried paint on it. 👎 The living area has no side tables or lamps. When it gets dark, your only option for light is the bright ceiling lamp.

We sincerely apologise for the situation. We went to our daughters wedding over 1,000 miles away and hired a local cleaner to fill in while we were gone. Apparently he mixed p our sheets and towels with other properties she tends. We were horror stricken with your report and we are trying to encourage our other daughter not to get married any time soon! Lol As for the side tables and lamps, we appreciate your feedback. I see your point as the coffe table sits in the middle so not ideal for setting your beverage downwithout getting up. We will remedy this as well as the lap.

We arrived late evening to find there is no one attending the property and no way of knowing which room you are even supposed to be in. The hallways smelled terrible. I called the number for assistance and got an answering machine for a property an hour north in another town. The answering machine gave me a number to call 'Dave', which I did. This got to to another message asking me to enter the letters of the last name of the person I was trying to reach. Since I was not told 'Dave's' last name I had to hang up. Expedia attempted to reach the property staff to no avail. Expedia then had to tell us that all properties in a 60 mile radius were booked for a car show in nearby town and could not replace this property with another. By this time it is 11PM and I have 3 kids in the car after driving 6 hours. We had to drive town to town with my wife calling every hotel she could find for another 2 hours. All I got from this property was a text the next day saying "I am so sorry we missed your call." That was it.

I am very sorry we missed your call. we close at midnight and we saw we missed your call at 1 am. I apologize we didn't reach out to you that night to see where you were. That is our normal policy and I dropped the ball on that. We will definitely crack down on double check whether customers are coming before we close.

Liked the quick access to things. Nice views. Kitchen was well stocked, lots of sleeping room. Super friendly communication and was happy for the ease of check-in/out Very outdated and needs maintenance. No screens on windows and cupboard doors were falling off. Blankets were cheap and thin. Overall it was ok. We had a nice time and no big issues. We will look for a more updated stay next time.
