Excellent location to the Natural Bridge. Everything else is good, not great, with friendly staff. The breakfast was overpriced for the limited selection buffet style. They didn't even have basic toasts or bananas. Wouldn't recommend the breakfast there at all.

Not enough staff to assist guests. Indoor pool was freezing. The bed mattresses were extremely soft and not comfortable, shower did not have shower curtain... many areas of improvement.
