The staff was very friendly both at check in and when checking out. Our room was upgraded at check in without even asking! The room was very clean and comfortable. The night we stayed the hotel was very quiet.

Our room was very clean and set up. I would say the stairways and stuff could use a little more of a cleaning. Biggest issue we had was we had booked a room that had double queens with the recliner.
