Hotel was amazing very clean staff were great and loved the breakfast only thing was when I booked it I read they had a shuttle bus it said dropping you in Rome and surrounding areas they need to reword it because they only drop you at train station and only maybe twice a day and when we tried to book it was full we spent an absolute fortune on taxis but hotel room with balcony was very good

Clean, great customer service, no charges for early arrival they kept my bags and when it was time to check in they moved them to the assigned room. Also, when it was time to leave the order a taxi for me.
The breakfast was delicious.

"It’s a beautiful property, but be aware that it is secluded and that the restaurant menu is quite limited and after a couple of days, we were happy to go elsewhere. The waiting staff was attentive and nice, front desk not as much (maybe the la guard barrier?)"

"Our train was late and the front desk staff, Alessia stayed late just to let us check in. It was very kind and went above and beyond! She also arranged transport from train to hotel which was super helpful due to the train’s late arrival. The breakfast was also very good with some hot selections ..."
