O hotel tem o pior atendimento que tive na Italia, recepcionista grosseira, as funcionarias do cafe da manha altamente grosseiras, dava medo pedir um cafe que diga-se de passagem tinha que ser servido por elas pois nao tinhamos opção de maquinas para nos servirmos. Hotel bem antigo parece um labirinto. Não recomendo
