Hope they get better at managing busy times.
I think the setup is pretty new, so maybe things get better. Else, don't arrive at about 19:30 on a Saturday. Very nice hotel, we only stayed for 1 night but was good. Only thing is the water shower is randomly superhot then you have to keep re adjusting. If your kids likes to shower maybe an issue.

Home away from home
Stayed here again and the property was still as nice and cosy as I remembered. Nice location and walkable to the town centre. Check out was a bit early at 10am but when I asked if we could check out a bit later they said we could have up to 11am so we were happy with that.
