"Check in was fine. When we got to our rooms they were stifling. The a/c wasn't turned on. It took a long time for the rooms to cool off. The beds were so firm it was like sleeping on concrete. I prefer a firm mattress, but these were ridiculous. Room was clean and had the necessities.
The biggest problem was the weed. It was so strong. Not sure how the owners/staff couldn't know about it, it was that bad. My friend had it so bad in his room he actually started feeling high."
"Location of hotel close to stores and highway, Check in desk: only 1 person was friendly (dont remember her name but she has 2 frenchies), all the other front desk attendants were dry and begrudgingly helped you or you were blatantly ignored/not acknowledged. Several other guests treated the same way. The room was ok, bedding and towels clean, floor was not (Spilled water on floor wiped it up and napkin was gray with dirt). Be sure to have slippers! This was disappointing, I chose hotel based on reviews from people who had dogs stating how clean everything was. I did not feel comfortable to allow my dog to even hang out on floor. Hotel charges 25 per night for pets which is plenty to cover costs for proper floor cleaning. Hotel provides coffee/tea and breakfast. Sometimes preparation of food and cleanliness of breakfast area was not done with care. Food was not cooked properly and/or stale. Surfaces were not always wiped down completely. Microwave and counters felt sticky. Overpriced for mediocrity."
"My regular stop driving back to Florida from NYC . Easy access off 95 back ride up to your room. Rooms are spotless very nice restaurant on the property other options nearby Pizza Hut, Waffle House, Starbucks, huddle house and the number of others. Breakfast is excellent coffee 24 hours eggs bacon waffles cereals. Staff is always welcoming. Stayed in room 134 last night the young lady, who is cleaning the rooms spoke to her this morning very friendly and just a sweet person. I I have stopped and left many hotels during the years driving up to New York and back this hotel has made my stop coming back consistent and just perfect. Wouldn't stay any place else and neither should you"
"Hotel has aged a lot since I was there last. Shower and bathroom showed most wear. Bed was comfy. AC made some noise! But still a decent place to stay, especially for the money. I would stay there again. Huge plus is a really good breakfast included in price. It’s also nice they have a bar and some food available."
"When arrived appeared to be cleaned, but floor had a very waxy light buildup on it and your feet tops. Everything was black. went to ask staff the next morning for towels. There were no towels we left for the day and came back. The room had not been cleaned and we still did not get clean towels the night staff was very apologetic and very accommodative. Aesthetic of room was OK, but it was not clean at all.. and one second room did get clean towels. They were dirty."
