"The rooms were a good size, although they were quite hot. Thankfully, there was a fan in the room, which helped. The airport shuttle was also very convenient and much appreciated. We stayed at this hotel both at the beginning and end of our trip to Ireland, and one thing we noticed was how inconsistent the service was. Depending on who was at the front desk, you either had someone incredibly friendly and helpful or someone who seemed completely disinterested. Breakfast was decent for the price, but as someone with celiac disease, I found the experience disappointing. There were virtually no gluten-free options beyond toast and fruit, and when I asked staff about what I could safely eat, I felt dismissed rather than supported. Thankfully, the chef preparing the food was honest and helpful about what was gluten-free, which I appreciated. Living with celiac disease can already make travelling and eating out challenging, and the last thing anyone needs is to feel judged or like an inconvenience simply for asking about their dietary needs. A little kindness and understanding would have made a big difference. That said, I would still recommend this hotel for its convenience, spacious rooms and shuttle service. I just hope they can work on providing a more consistent level of hospitality and being more accommodating to guests with dietary restrictions."

"A surprisingly modern and spacious hotel with good dinner and an ok breakfast. Room was quiet and the free airport shuttle was efficient. The cab/ uber from the airport was nearly €20 for a 6jm trip otherwise. Comfortable bed and good blockout curtains. Would recommend and stay again."
