"Sad to say this hotel has lost its charm. A lot of small details in the room were missing. For example to teabags, no milk, no tissues in the bathroom. Which add up to a staffing problem in room presentation. We had an issue with the evening meal. I ordered fish and chips which I have done on previous stays at the hotel, but on this occasion I was served fish and what tasted like cardboard chips. My wife had another dish which didn’t look or taste what was stated on the menu. No one came to us to check if the meal was ok. The restaurant at the hotel was full and only a small staff on. Eventually the waiter came to our table to ask if we wanted a dessert. At that stag I told him about my meal. He told me that had a Bolivian contract chef on at the moment and his meals can be hit or miss. He told me he would not charge me for the chips. But he could see I only eat half of the fish. Like how can you eat fish and chips without the chips!! My wife was so annoyed with the situation she didn’t, mention her meal which was to say the leased poor standard. Totally dismayed with the standard of service at this hotel.. for your comments please."

"The hotel was clean and great for a short stay. We booked the suite - it was quite dark, the room looked a bit dated and there was water damage in the bathroom. As it was a one night stay, it wasn’t a big deal. The staff were wonderful and there shuttle was super convenient to the airport. We would stay again but not in the suite."

"They gave us a room with no air conditioning in the middle of summer, with temperatures over 80 degrees. We initially assumed the AC was out for the entire hotel (since they actually informed us -no AC). Being too tired we tried to go to the room to get some sleep, but it was impossible. The tiny room was unbearably hot, and the window only opened a small sliver at the top. We went downstairs to figure out what to do, fully expecting we’d need to move to a nearby hotel. Only after raising our voices were we suddenly given a room with air conditioning. Completely unacceptable — if an air‑conditioned room was available, why try to squeeze guests into a stifling room for a miserable night? Mold on the bathroom wall around the circular window only added to disappointment."

"We had a rather odd experience at this hotel when checking in. We were two couples on one booking. On checking in, one couple was informed that we had been upgraded to an executive room but without access to the executive lounge. The other couple did not get a room upgrade but did get an upgrade to use the executive lounge. This left us with one of our couples able to access these facilities but the other not, unless we paid an additional £100 for the three nights. We felt obliged to do this so that we could all use the same facilities but honestly felt it was a rather bizarre way for the hotel to behave and left with a slight suspicion that it was a way to induce people to pay extra for these facilities. Other than that a good experience with the only poor aspect being a rather erratic cleaning service. They didn't replenish our tea and coffee on the first morning and left dirty coffee cups in the room. The second day they replenished the tea and coffee but removed all the coffee cups and most oddly removed the two bottles of unopened complementary water. We were also shocked to discover that one of the bottles of wine in the mini bar was empty and had to dispute this with reception on checkout."

"Tycker inte om att hotellet drar beloppet för hela vistelsen innan man har checkat in. Handfat ska inte rinna så långsamt att man börjar misstänka stopp. Utmärkt system att köpa till frukost (115 kr). Då kan få den vid den tidpunkt som stämmer med ens resplaner. Hotellet ligger utmärkt för alla som använder tåg, fjärrbussar eller flyg."

"The rooms are clean and well kept. Small room for my liking, no kettle or tea in the rooms, but breakfast is from early, and they have tea and coffee machine, with cold drinks and snacks on the ground floor you can access 24/7. Staff are very friendly and helpful 10/10 Breakfast i didn't opt for, but I went to see what was available, it was a standard hotel Breakfast. I preferred to eat outside the hotel. Hotel bar 10/10 I would definitely stay again for a short break (3/4days)"
