"Los cuartos los colchones muy blanditos y el colcho de mi madre se sentían los resortes y las camas muy bajitas y la energía se nos fue como 20 min. Deberían de mejorar los colchones y las camas más altas. Uno duerme casi en el piso. Y el desayuno estuvo regular los huevos revueltos muy secos y el jugo de naranja muy dulce no es jugo natural."

"The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful view. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety and generous portions. The pool area was also lovely and added to the overall experience. The only frustrating part was the reservation process beforehand. As a family traveling with two kids, the main downside for us was the location. Although there is a subway station nearby, the hotel is quite far from the city center, and the surrounding area didn’t feel very safe or offer much to do. Overall, it’s a great, clean hotel with nice amenities, but the location may not be ideal for families!!"

"Great location. Easily checked in with their self check in kiosk. Could get very busy in the lobby when flights were cancelled/delayed and there were a lot of passengers checking in. This was one of few places during our trip that had an ice machine which was appreciated. Located close to a bus terminal to make getting around Amsterdam easy with there tap in/tap off credit card system. Shuttle was easy to use and easy to find at the airport but as it went to a possible 3 different Ibis Hotels in the area, it could be very busy especially when having to transport larger bags. Would definitely recommend this to travelers. Can not comment on the bar/breakfast as we did not use this due to it being a bit pricey."

"We had a nice clean room near the airport but also walkable to a great restaurant we found 20 min away as we were unsure of the restaurant on site.. Staff allowed us to check in early after arriving from our cruise. Loved the free shuttle to airport!"

"Everything was super from arrival until departure (7 days). The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was well maintained with all amenities provided. The location is ideal for whatever you like to do. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will return for any future trip to Madrid."
