"This is a really well run hotel. The front desk was being run by ben, He was the best ever! So friendly and helpful. The room was large and extremely comfortable. We sat by the pool for a few hours enjoying the peace and the view. The jacuzzi was perfect. We didn't use the other play area. We had lunch at the restaurant, the salad bar was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this best western."

"If you want an old school motelโฆthis is it. Donโt ever redo the look! It was so 1990 and we loved it. The only beef is that you got ashtrays right on top of the a/cโs and by having your smokers smoke right next to it, it kinda makes the room smell like a smokers room. Itโs like that cigarette smoke gets sucked up by the air intake of the A/C and then sends it into the room. It was faint, but noticeable. Room was exceptionally cleanโฆI love supporting small businesses and Eureka is full of them. Sad to see the restaurant was permanently closed. But so affordable and we were good with that. No microwave in the room, but one in the lobby. Did have a fridge which was nice."

"Wasnโt a bad place, pool was a little dirty, stains on the linens, fridge went out during our stay and ruined our stuff. Bed was comfortable easy access while we explored the area. Staff was great."

"A wonderful place to stay and enjoy Eureka Springs! Just a few steps away from spring street, it's within easy walking distance of restaurants (try Local Flavor! the best) and the historical museum. It's a great perk to be able to park your car in the reserved spot and not worry about street parking in ES. The bed was very comfortable, the suite was cozy and well appointed with everything we needed for an overnight getaway. The delivered breakfast was hot and delicious as well! We would definitely stay here again."
