"The whole experience was amazing, the bed was hard for me, but I didn't buy it and everyone has different comfort levels, not a deal breaker. I'm a bigger guy, it would have been nice to see a handheld shower head for those hard to reach places, but not a deal breaker. I will definitely stay there again!!!"
