"The facilities were excellent with a wash room which we needed. Easy access to u-bahn and s-bahn via local buses, but you need the MVGO app to pay for tickets. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Our room was next to the main road, so noisy until late at night, but other rooms face inwards. Would stay again."

"Our stay was absolutely excellent, I'm so glad I found this hotel after looking at over 50 options near the Old Town area of Munich. We needed a room that had two separate beds (more difficult to find) as we had our exchange student with us and a Clubhouse Room on the 2nd floor was perfect! The space in our room was wonderful, extremely clean and comfortable, and our room was remarkably quiet facing a courtyard. Though we didn't use any of the common spaces, they looked great. All hotel staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating and even checked us in 2 hours early when I went in to see about parking in the garage. You do need to pay for parking inside the hotel before you can get a key card to enter the garage, just a small heads up. We took both the underground train (about a 15-20 min walk to Theresienweise station) and a bus that was about a 9 min walk away and both were easy. We also walked all the way to the central Old Town area one time and that took about 35-40 min. After taking that walk, I was so incredibly glad we booked where we did. Though only a little out of the way if you're hoping to explore Old Town, it is so much more peaceful and clean overall (maybe not during actual Oktoberfest which the hotel is adjacent to). We would definitely choose to stay here again if we visit Munich, but would also book at other Cocoon properties in other cities as well."
