March 22-24, 2026 - we arrived at what we *thought* was this Even hotel, we have stayed in many times, and found it was being converted over to a Marriott Courtyard. Floors 2 and 4 were out of commission and only the 3rd floor was available. No excerise equipment in rooms, as expected in Even hotel ...

Campus Inn & Suites Eugene Downtown
Staff is friendly and breakfast is pretty good - more than a standard continental breakfast. However the rooms are dated and in need of being freshened up (marks on walls, AC unit old and questionable, bubbles in carpet, etc.
