"The property is in a safe location, above Castries town. There are great views over the town, airport and coast. The owner was very helpful. The room is clean and well fitted. The wifi worked well. People staying at this location need access to a vehicle, as there is nowhere to eat or shop within reasonable walking distance. Also, the hotel was overbooked. "Our stay at sandals La Toc was exceptional. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to any of our requests. Our favorite staff member was Share. She made our stay extra special with her customer service. Mikege at the pool was also great as was Germain by the main pool bar. Jamal at travel and loyalty was so helpful in helping us book our next stay at La Toc in 2027. If you go, make sure you seek out Share for her exceptional customer service. "We just returned from the most wonderful stay at this all-inclusive resort, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcomed and well cared for.
A special shoutout to Orlando at the bar, who always greeted us with a smile and made the most delicious drinks. He had a great memory for our favorites and was an absolute joy to chat with each day. And Ernie from guest activities brought so much energy and positivity—he truly went above and beyond to make every activity fun and engaging. His enthusiasm was contagious!
The beachfront property was absolutely stunning—pristine sand, clear turquoise water, and plenty of space to relax. It felt like our own little slice of paradise.
As for the food, everything we tried was fresh and flavorful, but two things really stood out: the breakfasts (so many choices and beautifully presented) and the delightful afternoon tea service, which added such a special and relaxing touch to our days.
This resort is a gem, made even better by the incredible people who work there. We’re already talking about when we can come back!
