"Gorgeous room with an incredible view of Meteora. The room was spacious, with a huge, updated bathroom and a great balcony. Wonderful breakfast and beautiful pool area to sit by and enjoy the view, even on cooler mornings/days. Parking was easy. Easy drive into Kastraki village and to the monasteries. Of note, the map point on Expedia for the location of the hotel is incorrect - search the hotel in Google/Apple Maps and follow the directions accordingly."

"The location of the hotel is very good. As well the evening manager was quite helpful orienting us and suggesting dinner spots. The hotel falls somewhat short of the mark in many areas. The outdoor area has real potential to be great but the furnishings and umbrellas are lacking. The towels are threadbare: perhaps an end of season issue. The one morning we were trying to leave for a tour and the maid insisted on doing her cleaning while we attempted to exit. My wife asked to her leave but she ignored her request!"

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect location, Free public parking nearby, and we always could find the free place. The hotel outside, lobby and corridors look perfect, while the room and toilet facilities were pretty outdated (while clean)."
