The only thing is that Hotels.com advertised that breakfast is included in the price, however, this was not the case. Also, internet was so slow that it wasn't usable. "Close proximity to lots of things. Good food, supervisor (Ohio) was super helpful with lots of needs especially when they didn't have my reservation on their system. I had to go through a lot of hassle trying to clear that. I spent 3 weeks in this hotel, and breakfast was included in my booking but they refused to give me breakfast for one week. "It wasn’t what I saw on their website I saw when I got there. The first room I was given the bathroom roof was full With mold, the air conditioner was full of dust, the bedding was stained and the manager was kind enough to get me another room. It was a little bit better than the first one but wasn’t what I was expecting I had to check out the next day to look for something nicer. The waitress lacks professionalism."

"Most of their rooms ( deluxe and standard rooms we stayed in) have a serious light changing issues, such that whenever there is a power glitch or change over, power doesn’t restore in the room automatically as it should, you’d have to keep standing up to go manually sort it out on the light key switch. Very annoying thing to do at night. Every other thing is decent, and staff are courteous and friendly. "

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There were occasional power outages but there is a generator on the premises to fill in, and the internet service was good as well. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the Chinese food in the restaurant is excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Benin City."
