"We were placed in a room directly over a large meeting room and just outside the building lobby. A group held some sort of church service or concert going well past 11pm right below us. Then a group was up early and making a ton of noise at 6am. Not an environment conducive to peaceful sleeping. ..."

"There was a maintenance issue that made our ceiling fan inoperable and when I alerted them, they seemed genuinely caring to make it right. It wasn’t a big deal though so hopefully they fixed it once we left. Pool and hot tub next door was great, staff friendly and the breakfasts were a nice touch. ..."
