"the room was clean but when we got from outing the room was hot and shower barely worked it was so late we just laid on top of the sheet after we undid the bed and as full as the motel we didn't figure any rooms left but when we got we noticed other rooms had there doors open. i just think management should have check all the a/c to make sure they were working properly and attitude and looks he had when we got there he really didn't care anything but making money. Sorry about my attitude and comments but it is way I feel"

"The room that I was issued was TERRIBLE - the bathroom was so terribly dirty I was concerned about using it - the toilet had a crusty ring at the water line - this was not due to age it was due to lack of cleaning - my room was actually missing the second bed, but did have two headboards - if I would have been with my spouse we would have moved on and left our payment behind - the room actually gave me a terrible feeling with a missing bed and lack of maintenance and a closed musty smell. Never ever again…."
