"There was a wrench found in the hot tub. The toilet tank, in our room, when flushed was loud. It sounded like there was cat meowing in the tank."

"The staff was so warming, respecting, knowledgeable and kind. The breakfast was terrific! The hot beverage station had a lot of variety and always filled. We especially liked the welcome snack bag! Great way to feel welcomed when we arrived. The only thing I wish I could do was live there!"

Had the verdant thermostat's which couldn't be changed front desk tried to call maintenance no response from them. Ended up getting the window to open for cool air. Too be fair the staff on duty did try to help but couldn't due to lack of knowledge"
