I did not like that my room was on the lower level with a view of the roof haha jokes on me .They should have given options on Expedia and at the check-in. The 1st experience at Ocean was not what I expected.

This was by far the worst stay in any hotel. They let parties run wild in rooms keeping everyone awake at night. Security is terrible at controlling guest when they're creating havoc at 3:30am in rooms and hallways.
