"The room was fine and location great but our air con didn’t work. It would turn on for about 10 minutes before displaying an error message which meant something about not being connected properly to the outside unit. So unfortunately we had a terrible sleep in a very hot room."

"The location can't be beat. This is a well kept, charming, small property for travellers that don't need a lot of "extras". You have to be patient for check-in as the staff is not on location. The bakery on the ground floor is fabulous!"

"The property was excellent. Very small, authentic and quaint. The manager was very nice. There were 3 restaurants extremely close by, 2 were in the same building as our room. The ferry and beach were within a short walk from our room."

"Both beds sheets were not changed from previous guests (hair and stains). Room had mold. WiFi didn’t work in our room but did down stairs. When called to complain about beds, we were told to go down to the laundry room and get clean sheets and put them on."

"The Kook was an amazing place to stay. The room and the bed was very comfortable. The shower and water pressure was excellent. The location was great close walking distance to everything including the port as we took an early day trip to Tangiers. We didn’t have a car so we can’t comment on parking situation. The desk clerk Angel was excellent as she helped from food choices to directions. Thank you Angel! The breakfast was small yet had ample selections. Eggs toast coffee cereal fruit yogurt perfect to start your day !"
