"The bartenders, wait staff, concierge, guest arrival services members were impressive and professional. We merely experienced a problem with our access to warm/hot water for showering. After reporting โcold water bathingโ as du jour twice in one day, we were relocated to a different roomโyet the next two rooms were not reflective of our purchased/selected rate, and on the third attempt we were relocated to a room with merely โtepidโ temperature of water. This disappointing fact was reported to administration."

"Unfortunately, the pool was under construction during our stay and unusable, but we didn't allow that to stop us. The beach was quite and relaxing, thus Westin has a family vibe and good for children. The staff was friendly. I do think they can do better at advertising the water and children's activities. The rooms were excellent and resturants too. Ferry service and crew were great too. Great stay for a family of 5!"

"The whole experience was amazing. There are so many amenities that come with your stay that it takes a few days, yes days to understand everything that is available. The staff is amazing. You can ask anyone a question about the property and they either give you the answer or know who to get you too for the answer. My favorite was the pool is open 24 hours. The night swimming was alot of fun."
