"The best qualities of this hotel are the view facing Charlotte Amalie and the staff (ladies at the front desk and Michelle and Robin). They helped me get a refund when our flight was moved up (lost a day) during Carnival and to coordinate to-go breakfast for an early flight, despite that eventually being canceled due to Spirit Airlines shutdown. We stayed at the Bungalow, which is the only room in the hotel without a view. The room is pretty barebones. It feels like a dungeon without any real windows, or any that you would want to open. It has two bathrooms. I wish there was a way to control mosquitoes getting in the room but I guess that is part of island life (?). The pool was fun and a good size, though no chlorine was added."

"Very close to airport, literally a 5 minute drive from parking lot to parking lot. The original room they put us in was small, very out dated and inconveniently a distance away from parking. Lots of stairs and once we got all luggage in, discovered that the Air Conditioning unit was not working. They did place us in a unit in the main building that was more accommodating with working air. We only needed in for one night, so it served its purpose. "

"The room was awesome. The downsides were the amount of stairs. There were golf cart shuttles but getting one when needed was timely. When you did see one you had to jump out of the way or risk getting hit. They drive like it’s a NASCAR track. Out of the many times we did eat at restaurant there was only one server that paid any attention to us. The rest sat us took order and gave check. No refills no how is everything. Did not care."

"Wonderful hotel. Be prepared to take a taxi everywhere you want to go. You can use the sister hotel Buoy House next door. the staff is extremely friendly. Our room was spectacular and so was the view. I loved the infinity pool. "
