"This resort exceeded our expectations! It was amazing! The views from our rooms were fantastic. The drinks at all the bars were perfectly cultivated and the food at the restaurant was way better than the average review on Expedia. The coffee shop and bakery are awesome. The gift shop is ok- they need smaller tshirt sizes for women. They have eggs, fruit and snacks for sell at the store and full bottles of liquor to enjoy. The rooms have full kitchens with every utensil/pan that you will need. The local market is less than a mile away and has pretty much everything you will need. Happy Hour at night (2 for 1) and the legal drinking age is 18 in St. Thomas. We rented a car which was terrifying- lol, very steep, windy roads where the locals exceed the speed limit worse than anywhere I’ve seen ( from Chicago) I would recommend a car- so you don’t have to wait for a taxi or uber. I highly recommend taking the Ferry to St. John and visiting Magans and Maho Bay- Don’t bother with Trunk Bay- we went and if all the beaches we visited- it was boring and not as aesthetically pleasing as the others. Do NOT go to Coki Beach unless you want a “contact high” and want to go deaf. Terrible service there and they charge for everything. We are planning a trip for next September for my 60th and we plan on staying in St. John this time."

"Staff always where's there to order us a cab and give us advice as to the island, and the water was consistently warm without troubles. I like how they're complimentary breakfast was not just a series of cereals and cold cuts, but was actually cooked. Small, but appreciated and with a lovely view. I can add the emphasize how beautiful the the rooftop, where there was both a pool, a bar, and a restaurant, truly was and especially at night. Stairs were not that big a problem, but for the elderly or incapacitated it would have been a major struggle. The Walking distance to downtown Charlotte was very easy and the many times when we would walk just a few minutes to grab something in the touristy areas of the city."

The pool area is truly a showstopper—**scenic mountain views from the pool** that feel peaceful and postcard-perfect. We especially loved doing an **excellent night swim**, and having the **hot tub option** made it even more relaxing and special. Our room was **large, modern, and beautifully designed**, with decor that felt stylish and elevated. The **bathroom size** was impressive too—spacious and luxurious, and it honestly made the whole stay feel like a treat. The staff were the best part of all: **exceptional, very accommodating, and genuinely kind**. Everyone made sure our birthday trip felt easy and memorable. Housekeeping was also wonderful—**great room cleaners** who kept everything spotless and refreshed. We also loved having the **restaurant on site**, and the **swings** were such a fun, unique touch that made the experience feel extra special and vacation-like. And the **complimentary breakfast** was a great bonus each morning. Pink Palm Hotel exceeded expectations across the board—views, amenities, comfort, cleanliness, and service. I’d absolutely return and highly recommend it, especially for a special occasion like a birthday."

"Its an Oasis for the money. If you can afford higher end you might not like it fully. Immediate easy access to a beautiful beach area. Full kitchen , bar and coffee shop on site. If you want to shut it down for the day at the resort , you will have everything you need. Even kayak and jetski rentals. It worked out very well , no complaints ."

"If there aren't any Carnival boats docking near the hotel majority of the business establishments and restaurants are closed. It would be nice if the staff would recommend even locals food vendors and trucks to kind of help with the experience of the island. Most of the activities are best done before 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. the latest."
