Toilet seat must be upgrade, curtains in the room are dirty, upgrade the TV, there are visible wiring connections in the room that links to the outside causing window to be opened ...

Cebu Pacific changed my flight. I tried to contact the hotel for possible refund or reschedule. They never replied. Hotels.com customer service tried to contact them - there was no reply. Shoddy run business.
