As for things to do, the food was fantastic, with the friendly chef coming out to the table to explain the menu and to check that the courses were ok for us ; the wine also amazing, with a fun wine tasting experience with a lovely sommelier; lazing by the pool and maybe best of all, going horse riding with a lovely gaucho, inspite of not having ridden before - another experience ticked off the bucket list !"
