Had a wonderful stay here. Even though we had the misfortune to book when thelocal club was having a big event so the where alot of younger people in the hotel making noise. The staff where very helpful and offered to move us to a quieter part of the hotel. This was very much appreciated. Would recommend this hotel for the area.

Great, my room is ready earlier than expected. The lights positions are very pertinents, very helping to have a good sleep. Good idea to have a small shop in the lobby, for emergencies things. And a bar-bistrot to eat and drink something.

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe dort. Das Einchecken lief problemlos. Abends war die Bar geöffnet, was zum Verweilen einlud. Die Zimmer könnten besser sein. Ein paar Flecken auf dem Teppich. Ein Zimmer roch stark nach Rauch. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Für 17,90 Eur hätte ich mehr Auswahl erwartet. Leider waren um 08:30 Uhr keine Tische eingedeckt. Was mir allerdings sehr missfallen hat war, dass zwei unserer Gesellschaft über 80 Jahre alt, im Aufzug stecken geblieben sind, während wir im Foyer bei der Rezeption warteten. Niemand gab Bescheid von der Rezeption. Als wir nach deren Zimmernummern fragten, weil sie vermisst werden und nicht erreichbar sind, wurden wir wegen Datenschutz zunächst abgewimmelt. Erst auf Nachdruck wurde nach 30min von den im Aufzug stecken geblieben Leuten berichtet. Schließlich konnte dann ein Servicetechniker die beiden Mitreisenden befreien. Insgesamt empfanden wir das Verhalten des Personals befremdlich und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber. Alles gut soweit, hätte mir aber gewünscht, dass man wenigstens Einweg-Hausschuhe zur Verfügung stellt - das kostet das Hotel für einfache Slipper vielleicht 0,50 € pro Paar, macht aber schon einen großen Unterschied. Übrigens: Wenn ihr nicht explizit dem Personal vor 12 Uhr Bescheid gibt, wird das Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt. Wusste ich auch nicht.

Leider nur 1 Handtuch zum duschen für 3 Personen. Bei offenen Fenster zieht der Rauch von unten in das Zimmer. Leider hat niemand bei Abreise wissen wollen ob es was gab. Sonst ein schönes Hotel super zentrale Lage. Parkhaus dabei.
