The day staff Elaine was awesome, very friendly and helpful.
The check in was very rushed. Evening staff very Unfriendly!
The evening staff were not as accommodating as Elaine was to.
The room was ok. There was a can up on the shelf in the bathroom closet.
Wall socket to the refrigerator was broken and refrigerator was not working.
The door leading to the hallway was slamming every time someone went in or out.
Balcony was in need of repair.
