Divani Corfu Palace

"Lovely hotel with big bedrooms and excellent pool area. Staff on reception not very welcoming or informative. Restaurant had excellent food but lots of mistakes with orders and charging. Mistakes were put down to new staff who didn’t understand. One lady was actually given a dinner and then later told she had eaten somebody else’s meal. Faulty Towers sprung to mind. Every time you ordered a drink with your meal you had to stop and pay as it came from the bar downstairs!!! Must clarify that once you got your food it was excellent. Feel it lacked professionalism for a 4* hotel. It would definitely benefit from an intensive training session for all staff."

"This is our second stay, in June, 2 years in a row. The room was lovely as it was the year before. We were able to get a swim up room this year and loved it. We never had what some others have mentioned, lack of hot water in the shower. The food at the breakfast buffet was wonderful and not exactly the same every day, very thankful for that. Lucata for my birthday dinner was unbelievably good and service in all restaurants was top notch. The building numbers and elevators can be a bit confusing but once you get it, it's easy. Parking can be tricky but the staff is so accomadating and all you have to do is ask for assistance. Pool area is wonderful, lobby bar has the best sunset views. 10 out of 10. We cannot wait to return"

"This hotel felt like a palace and was the best view in Corfu overlooking the Mediterranean absolutely incredible! We have been in Europe now for one month and this is our number 1 Favorite place and we will be coming back! Everywhere you turn the picture looks like it belongs in a magazine plus the restaurants are so good and the staff at the hotel is Incredible. Hope you get to meet Alina who worked at the front desk and went above and beyond as well as all of the other staff! Add this palace and Paleokastritsa to your bucket list for sure and you won’t be disappointed!"

Konstantinoupolis Hotel - Adults friendly

"Perfect location,15-20 minutes walk from the port and 10 minutes taxi to the airport. Walkable to the main sites: old and new fortress, old town, faliraki beach. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The hotel was fine for us, small room with a bathroom, not luxurious but we knew that. Very helpful staff who arranged an early check in for us. Good value for money."

"From the moment we walked into this hotel, everything was perfect. The reception staff were always very helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful location and very easy to get around whether you're using the local bus to get into Corfu town or hiring a car which I would highly recommend as Stelios from the hotel was fantastic and could not have done more. From the moment you woke up the cleaning staff were so polite and helpful and then you walk into breakfast again with a sunny good morning ( always very amazed that he could remember everybody’s hotel room number!) from someone who was always there to help. An American style breakfast buffet, which was fab. The pool area was very clean and again had some wonderful views and was always easy to get a sunbed. The bar area around the pool was exceptional. The manager of the bar was impeccable as was his staff.. We ate out several times in local restaurants and also went to the White House which we would thoroughly recommend. However, if eating in the hotel that in itself was very good and again the service impeccable. So to summit up, I could not fault this hotel at all and would love to return one day."
