Go Hotel Østerport

"The hotel was spotless & the staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful. HOWEVER, after staying at the GO Ansgar recently, I saw a big difference in the rooms (aside from the train noise). GO Ansgar room was MUCH BETTER in terms of amenities such as having: a Full Room light switch inside front door, small refrigerator, USB plugs, the wall heaters were more accessible, separate wall heater in the bathroom & having a water sink stopper in bathroom, having a Lo/Hi toilet button ..... and at Osterport, there was absolutely NO PLACE to put your bathroom toiletries except on the floor !!!! Lastly, the only heating system at Osterport was behind & under the curtains :-( Which means that we needed to crunch up the curtains so they would not cover up the heating unit. IF guests stay in the winter, these would be VERY COLD ROOMS to stay in because of the curtains mentioned above and NO HEATING in the bathroom !! Finally, I would recommend at least a phone # posted in the rooms on how to call the front desk if you needed something or if there was an emergency! And, posting the breakfast hours in the room would be very helpful, too ! Otherwise, I VERY MUCH APPRECIATED the WONDERFUL GO Osterport staff and also the excellent location!"

"Our room was very large and comfortable, with a sitting area and lots of closet space. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, and it’s very convenient to the train station and the Old Town. The staff at the reception desk are very attentive and friendly. We had a very enjoyable stay at the Radisson Blue in Malmo."

"This was a great stay overall. The location is fantastic and the parking space in the back was really great to have. The room I stayed in was on the top floor and it was extremely dark. The area where the desk and fridge were located only had a dim desk lamp and I had to use the light on my phone to find things in my bag in that area. The other lighting in the room is dim and there needs to be some ceiling lights in that area. My parent’s room next door had ceiling lights above their desk and their room was much brighter than mine. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"The hotel is nice but the rooms do need updating. The bed was very uncomfortable and the furniture and look of the room feels old. The staff were amazing and I don't want to write a negative about the stay because it was good but the rooms and beds were abit disappointing."
