Temiz ve güvenilirdir
Uzun yol dönüşi yolumuzdan uzaklaşmadan kaliteli uyku için tercih ettiğimiz Gezin suit hem fiyat hem şu günlerde yaşadığımız salgın zorluğunda tercih edilebilir güvenilir yer. Tekrar yolumuz Eskişehir'e düşerse tercih edecegimiz bir konumda. Not Banyo mermerleri değiştirilirse çok daha başarılı olacağına inanıyorum.

Konumu merkezi bir yerde. Apartlar büyük, temiz ve konforlu. İçinde mini buzdolabı, ketıl, ocak, çatal kaşık bıçak tava ve televizyon var. Her şey çalışıyor sıcak su ve petekler de sorun yok. Oda daki yatak ve salondaki koltuklar temiz çarşaf ve kılıflar temiz. Yani sorunsuz ve temiz bir apart. Resepsiyon daki beyfendi de gayet ilgili ve iyi birisi.

İlk başta tesis yetkilisi Mürsel beye güler yüzü, iyi hizmeti ve sağladığı kolaylıklar açısından teşekkür ediyorum. Odaya gelince tam bir fiyat performans ürünü diyebilirim. Gayet rahat ve iyi, ayrıca tesisin konumu açısından ulaşım ve alışveriş sorunu da yok. Özellikle mutfak eşyasının tam olması da bence çok büyük bir avantaj.

Eşim ve 1 yaşındaki oğlumla birlikte konakladık. İşletmenin sahibi Mürsel bey, mütevazı, güleryüzlü, isteklerinize olumlu yanıt veren, düzgün bir beyefendi, kat görevlileri de keza öyle. Kendilerine teşekkür ederiz iyi niyetlerinden ötürü. Apart üniversite caddesine yakın bir yerde. Altında şu an işlemeyen bir pizzacı var. Apartman temiz, apart daire de idare eder, ancak çokta aileye uygun olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Daha çok öğrencilere uygun bir apart gibi geldi bana. Eksikleri şunlar, banyoların elden geçmesi lazım, eski maalesef, malzemeler de yenilenmeli (duş teli, havluluklar vs.) Havlular mutlaka değişmeli, hiç içime sinmedi. Mutfak bölümü de çok eski, dökülüyor, malzemeler yenilenmeli.(Aspiratör vb.) Seccade yok apartlarda, konulmalı. Pencerelere tel takılmalı. Aklıma gelenler bunlar. Aslında f/p apartı, ama çok gezip çok yerde konakladıysanız, bazı şeyler insanın gözüne batıyor. Çok büyük beklenti içinde değilseniz konaklayabilirsiniz. Ancak ben bir dahaki gelişimde burayı tercih etmem. Saygılar.

Çok ilgili yardımsever personel
İşletme sahibi Mürsel bey sağolsun çok ilgili. Normalde 1+1 Apart daireyi sistemden tutmuş ve ödemesini sistemden gerçekleştirmiştik. 4 kişilik aile olduğumuzu öğrenince rahat etmemiz için ek ücret almadan o an boş olduğu için dubleks olan en üst daireyi bize hazırlattı. Kendilerine teşekkür ediyor, bir başka Eskişehir seyahatimizde görüşmek üzere diyorum.
