"It would have been really helpful if we had been told in advance where the parking was that we had prebooked.It was so easy to find had we had that advanced knowledge. The Sat nav took us round and round to find the hotel. It took us up a one way street and we could not get out of it and scratched the car had to reverse the whole way down the street. A bad start to the holiday. SO PLEASE TELL your customers in advance and spare all the trauma. Thanks."

"A great place for a short stay. However, it’s an old house, so something may go wrong at some point- it takes longer than 5mins to get hot water in shower, and it drips, hard to get my hair wet. Almost everything gets done (self service) through the iPad at the front desk, barely see any employees around."
