Everything was perfect especially very friendly and helpful staff and spa experience was great experience as well

Clean, central to sights and a tram stop, and the staff is a great help with coordinating activities and transport! They also offer large rooms and connected rooms for large groups. Have returned to this hotel more than once, very happy with it.

Room 1804 ​I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. ​The Highlights ​Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. ​Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. ​The Downside ​Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. ​While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter.

I visited with my daughter for a week. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the sights in Sultanahmet. The staff was welcoming and helpful in advice for sightseeing. Also, it was clean and nicely decorated in the lobby. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Only con in the room was that it’s a little dark despite the available lighting. I liked that they have several types of pillows to choose from. The major drawback for me here was that the gym/spa opens at 8am can only be used by men from 8am to 3pm then women 3pm to 10 pm. The problem is that we were always out early morning after breakfast for sightseeing tours and when we came back, it was only allowed for women. I understand their cultural separation of men and women but to be competitive in the international market, the hotel should have additional hours outside of their strict Male/female hours. We were told by the front reception that another time may possibly be arranged but that was never to be. All in all a decent stay but with one major drawback. Also, this particular hotel does not serve any type of alcohol at its Zeferan enclosed rooftop restaurant.
