"I made the reservation in the afternoon of the date I wanted to stay. Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there).
