"Disappointed with the super thin walls and our room was an even number which over looked the pool, but on Saturday we heard the music from the clubs and bars which sucked when I wanted to go to bed. We tried to order room service and no one answered so my husband went to the lobby, but the gave us two free drinks at Strikers which made up for it, good food and service there. Drinks were good. The pool was too cold so we never got in but we did enjoy the spa. The hot tub was fun for us. Now considering that, why is it a four. Well my Husband and I loved it. The staff was super friendly, kind and informative. It felt like an all inclusive resort with the premium perk, so if you are considering it, get it. The food options were so goooood and I am a picky eater. The views were nice. The hotel is in a perfect area for walking and tons of options for restaurants, drinks and shopping. "

"The first room was dirty with hair all over the beds. Then we switched rooms and had to get clean sheets for the bed. There was ZERO hot water! They only gave us 2 towels and then wanted to charge us for extra towels!"

"This was a good place to stay at. The Galería mall was very close by to walk to. The house keeper were very nice at giving me fresh clean towels every day. Everyone there greets you with a gentil smile. I’ve used uber to get around, so I don’t know much about if there was a property parking or if it’s all street parking. "
