Poor when compared to the website claims

We chose the hotel Marfani because the website clearly shows photos and information about having ski room storage, but there isn't any! This was a problem for us. The room was too small for ski clothes etc. there were no shelves, tiny wardrobe, and a tiny shower room. Don't ask the hotel staff for directions to ski slopes, they don't seem to know anything, although they claim they offer a ticketing service, they don't. (The shopping mall has a ticket desk on the 1st floor and vending machines where you can buy tickets for the ski slopes). Parking - Use the nearby underground car park P 13 COBERT but only after you have checked in, which means paying for surface parking. The car parks are about 50 metres away. The hotel will provide a token and instructions, that did not work for us. (Approx 14 euros per day Dec 2024). (Check your phone company will roam in Andora, ours did not. Because of this, Google and Waze Directions did not work. )

Cama cómoda y habitación limpia y tranquila Muy buena relación calidad/precio Ubicación inmejorable La habitación es práctica para pasar una noche. Central, limpo e com pessoal simpático.

Localização central, perto de tudo. Staff simpático e prestável. Cama não muito confortável. Pequeno-almoço razoável, com produtos essenciais, mas de boa qualidade. Não dispõe de estacionamento, mas tem protocolo com parque coberto situado a 100 metros por 14€/dia. Quartos apenas com aquecimento, sem ar condicionado, o que é uma desvantagrm no verão.

Para el precio que tiene todo perfecto. El único inconveniente seria el parking que no viene incluido, se oaga a parte. Aún y así sigue siendo buena opción. También diría que no lo pone en la página del hotel la opcion del parking y nos enteramos una vez allí. Estaría bien que te avisasen

Personne à l’écoute, et très disponible à l’accueil, n’hésitant pas à nous expliquer les diverses possibilités pour le parking. Hôtel choisi tout à fait par hasard sur votre site à la recherche d’une chambre familiale !.. Très bien situé pour faire du shopping, mais de ce fait un peu bruyant !.. Chambre correcte … la Clim serait vraiment un plus !.. Petit déjeuner très correct.

Es un hotel normal dónde se podrían mejorar las camas, la wifi y el desayuno que no tiene mucha variación según nos explicaron debido a la pandemia, por lo demás está bien, es céntrico, con dispensadores de gel al lado de las puertas del ascensor y todas las medidas necesarias

Estupendo

El hotel es pequeño pero muy acogedor, está situado en una calle peatonal donde están todas las tiendas y servicios disponibles, la ubicación es perfecta. La atención del personal muy buena, el desayuno es tipo buffet, simple pero muy bueno. El hotel es muy recomendable.

Номер - просторный, правда окно выходит прямо на глухую соседнюю стену. завтрак - без горячего, нарезка/йогурты/круассаны/джем/фрукты/соки/кофе-аппарат. было позднее заселение - любезно оставили ключи в конверте на ресепшен. из минусов - очень высокая слышимость...

Nice hotel in center of Andorra La Vella.

I enjoyed my stay. Incredible value. I had a smallish single room which had everything I needed. Breakfast was also included and good breakfast buffet. No parking so one has to purchase the public car park which was EUR 35 for 3 days. 4 mins walk from hotel.

La estancia a sido mejor de lo esperado, una habitación grande y acogedora, un lavabo con todo lo necesario. El único inconveniente que pondríamos es el colchón ya que te levantas como si no hubieras descansado apenas.
