A well positioned hotel for the shops and restaurants, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the buffet breakfast is superb. All in all a very nice hotel where we have enjoyed staying several times.

Stating that the rooms are air conditioned is a lie! The control is with the hotel, and in winter months the conditioner only heats the room, so if it's a warm week they tell you open the window or check out without refund! (Without you mentioning the check out)

The hotel is excellent and in a good position. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the breakfast, we understood that due to COVID restrictions the buffet breakfast was not possible and the food had to be served to us, but even the cooked food was not very hot which was due to the circumstances not the hotel's fault.

Great location and super clean
Super fast check-in, super clean due to Covid procedures (including free mask and gel) and great location with lots of cafes , supermarkets and at usual shopping street.

Well positioned in the town centre, the staff were friendly and helpful. They do however advertise free coffee and cake in the reception area but the coffee with milk didnt work and there was hardly ever any cake.

Hotel over new year's
Stayed for a few days over new year Eve. The hotel was clean and the bed actually was pretty good. Would have liked a more full complement of toiletries if I'm being picky. Breakfast was pretty basic and the same each day we were there.Good location for walking into town.

Best staff in Europe!
Was such a great experience in golden tulip fenix. Hotel was clean and great location. Above all, staff were really nice. Especially celeste. Celeste is the kindest person I have ever seen!! She is so helpful and generous. She made sure that we had the best stay and made a call for the bus company to change the schedule for us. I would love to go back to andorra and stay again at golden because of Celeste. Thank you!!

A hotel with good location and average comfort.
Convenient location. Staff helpful but some speak only Spanish and Catalan. The bed, pillows and sheets can be more comfortable for a good night sleep. The housekeeping doesn't always show up.

Nice hotel in a very good location, surrounded by restaurantes, stores and people. Keep in mind that Andorra is very small so you can actually stay wherever you want without being worried of if you are far from any place you would like to visit.

Hotel was fantastic!
Wotif advised on their billing that a New Years Eve Dinner was included as part of the price but this was not the case. We had to find another New Years Eve event that cost us 380 Euro for four people. Wotif left us thinking we had an event booked and essentially left us out of pocket .

Good hotel in the centre of Andorra.
My partner and I enjoyed our 2-night stay here. It's in a great location, the room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful.

A bit dated but good location and room
The hotel is just out of the main strip but everything in Andorra is a 10 minute walk anyway.. Its a big room with a good bathroom and shower. decor could use an update. parking for 20EUR under the hotel is reasonable.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at the Golden Tulip. The hotel is very nice and clean, with a beautiful, modern lobby, a nice restaurant attached, well-appointed rooms, and an indoor pool & sauna (available to use for a small price). You can easily walk anywhere in the city in just a few minutes. I would gladly stay here again!

Very nice hotel and pleasant stay
Golden Tulip is conveniently located at the end of the main shopping street and short walk to Caldea SPA. The hotel is quite modern and very clean. Soft fluffy towels but no body lotion. Staff is very friendly and pleasant. Only when asked to call back to confirm anything, wouldn't do so. Probably too busy, but all requests fulfilled. Breakfast is ok. Free coffee and some snacks provided in the lobby. Transfers to the ski lifts are available, but the bookings are total waste of time - the drive (very nice) but speaks no English and has no list of bookings. So you could just turn up and take a seat, i.e. first come first served basis. There are ski lockers in the garage. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Excellent value. Nicel large rooms, good housekeeping, good staff, worthy of it's full star rating. Only Disappointment was the gym available for a surcharge it was tiny and only had two exercise bikes for cardio and a weight bench.

Convenient and Comfortable in Andorra la Ville
The Golden Tulip was ultra convenient in the heart of the town and if coming by bus it's perfect. The hotel was in great condition. The room is basic but comfortable. Staff was great. Value was very good.

Check-in was with a guy who was rude because he couldn't find the booking, and he wanted my card as a security to charge me the next day just in case I show him many times that the booking was paid in full, with a different sentences from the e-mail that hotels.com sent me, but it wasn't the worst part of the story... I decided to use the parking and next day when I went to picked up my car, the guy who is looking after the parking approached me asking me if I don't know how to read... Because I park in a reserved place, if he would have asked me I could have answered him that his colleague in the reception gave me this instruction... It was a bit experience being honest... Services wise... Even with this the following day the girls in reception they were helpful making me feel that my bad experience is maybe only because of the guys that were working this day...

I don't understand why one should work in a hotel if one finds dealing with guests an annoyance. The hotel is satisfactory in terms of comfort, but no place for a holiday. And forget about sleeping in: room doors can only be slammed shut, so you'll be hearing your neighbours' doors slamming away all morning (possibly evening, top, although we got there late, so we were spared that). No Wifi in rooms, only Ethernet: reception did lend an Ethernet cable, but the Internet did not work in the rooms.

Nice hotel located in a good area of Andorra. Clean room, nice beds. Swim pool is quite small for 8 ppl. And, parking costs 19.95 Euro each night. Overall, a good experience
