This hotel was not registered online booking with your hotels.com. thus the booking offers was not accepted by the hotel palau for my 7 days stayed.. Clean standard room. Staffs a warm and friendly. A nice place, quiet place with clean pool. One thing that we didn’t like is the back sliding door doesn’t lock and broken. And when we ask, the answer is because we are only in a standard room. And they’ll fix it next time.
