Had no shower door in bathroom all the time we were there even after telling reception, looking onto balcony from our balcony dirty had to complain. Overall rating 2/3

We stayed as a family of four with two boys age 5 & 7. The hotel was so clean and the rooms were comfortable with everything we needed. The pool area was great. Ona Aucanada Club
A good basic resort. Not too fancy so perfect for our kids to run around and feel comfortable. The staff are very friendly, the pools are great.
