"My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here! You would never know there were other guests staying on the property because of how peaceful and quiet it is. The property sits on a mountain with so many beautiful pathways and secluded areas that it feels incredibly private and peaceful. Everything was so well maintained, and the mountain views were absolutely amazing. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming-there wasn't a single worker that wasn't amazing. And the included breakfast was AMAZING. So fresh, with so many options to choose from. Every morning, the staff were so attentive and kind. We would love the opportunity to come back and stay again one day!"

"Overall Rating: 3/5 Mixed Experience โ Great Food, but Housekeeping & Maintenance Need Work I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed overall experience. While certain aspects of our stay were wonderful, several operational issues detracted from what could have been a much better vacation. The Pros: Dining & Restaurant: The main restaurant was excellent. The food quality for main meals was top-notch, well-prepared, and delicious. Compliments to the culinary team! Amenities: The general hotel facilities and amenities were great and added a lot of value to our downtime. The Cons: Housekeeping & Pest Issues: On a couple of occasions, housekeeping missed cleaning our room entirely. More concerningly, we experienced an ant infestation in our room, which definitely affected our comfort. Wi-Fi / Internet: The Wi-Fi connection was very unreliable throughout our stay, frequently dropping signal. Snacks & Drinks: While the main restaurant meals were outstanding, the snack bar menu was only average. Additionally, the quality of the alcoholic beverages was disappointing and fell below expected standards. Verdict: The hotel has strong potential thanks to its fantastic dining and great amenities, but management needs to address housekeeping consistency, pest control, Wi-Fi reliability, and drink quality to deliver a truly high-end experience."

"We needed a cheap overnight hotel, this was perfect, basic but modern and clean. My only criticism which is only small, I messaged them to ask about the out of hours process but no reply until the the day of check in, I was getting worried for no reason, as long as you notify them in advance itโs very simple."

"Serena de Muro is a beautiful, brand-new hotel in a gorgeous location. Everything feels fresh, modern, clean, thoughtfully designed, and the property itself is truly stunning. It has a lot of potential to become an exceptional hotel. There are a few areas where the experience could be improved, particularly when it comes to service. At breakfast, it was often very difficult to get anyoneโs attention when we needed assistance. More attentive and proactive service would make a big difference, especially for a hotel of this caliber. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing, but it would be wonderful to have better poolside service, particularly for ordering drinks while relaxing on the lounge chairs. The pool itself was also extremely cold. Iโm not sure why it isnโt heated, but adding some heat would make the pool much more enjoyable. For dinner, it would also be a nice touch if water was included with the meal rather than being an additional charge. This is a small detail but including water with dinner would feel more in line with the level of the hotel and dining experience. The food was exceptional with a wonderful variety of food. Everything was delicious and really enjoyed breakfast and dinner. One thing I would definitely encourage the hotel to expand is the activities offered throughout the day. The morning yoga class was exceptional and was one of the highlights of the stay. Adding a few more activities like this throughout the day โ wellness classes, fitness, or ot"

"Room clean. Common areas clean. Pool area needed a little hose down. Equipment in rooms was very sparse. Sporadic charges for pool towels ( 10 euro dep.) One euro charge for plastic pool cups when playing โฌ5 for beer. All felt a bit unnecessary."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and as pictured. We loved the beach that the hotel is on, and itโs located near a bunch of shops and restaurants. Only reason I knocked it down a star was for the half board buffet. Personally the buffet was not worth the price and we didnโt use it a majority of our trip as there were better tasting options near by. Also two people on our trip are vegan and nothing at the buffet had ingredients labeled which made it difficult."
