"The staff was awesome and top-notch! It was a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, it was really noisy. We heard when the restaurants across the street were recycling the glass in the bins all night long. Because it is so close to everything, the people along the beach are very noisy and you hear everything. Wasn’t anything that the hotel could do but that was annoying. Also, the air conditioner never got cold so our room was warm. "

The hotel is situated in an area which seems to be very popular with German visitors so youll hear very little English spoken, not a bad thing given youre in a non-english spraking country. "We have just had a lovely 4 nights here and found it to be perfect for what we wanted. We had a room on the 8th floor with pool and sea view. The room was a good size and very clean. The shower was good and the air con worked well. Check in was straightforward and the email instructions to download the up key app to enable us to use our phone to unlock our room worked well. Staff in all areas were very helpful and welcoming. Due to the location being up quite a steep hill this would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems but is in walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The bus stop is also close by and costs just €2 to go to Palma. Food was fine at brunch. I would stay here again. "
