Nice hotel in an attractive place. By Walking distance from Arzorum Castle and other attractions. The room is pleasantly furnished. The breakfast is good and staff is efficient. The only disadvantage is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. When it's 43 degrees outside, this disadvantage is unbearable. Therefore, I will recommend the hotel only during winter time

They cant speak English I have booked 3 rooms for 2 person each and had to pay extra money as they said only one name was showing in system, i called expedia and they were very poor and did not give me any solution

The room is spacious and very well decorated, staff at the front desk supported in quick check-in procedure. The hotel location is great as it's approximately near the heart of the city and most of the city locations can be reached from the hotel in reasonable time. However, the room that i stayed in was not well insulated, i could hear all the sounds from the next and upper rooms. I could also hear the sounds of toilt flushing from upper rooms and badly enough bad odors filled the room whenever my neighbors used their toilet! Finally, although i arrived to the hotel at 10,00 PM, the receptionist called next day at 12,05 PM to tell me that i should empty my room, which was really rude.

Outstanding hotel and service
Beautiful hotel. Spacious room. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. The full service breakfast selection was very large and delicious. The staff members are polite and accommodating. The hotel is located within walking distance to city center and major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel in Erzurum city, maybe the best. However, if you are an unmarried couple, read the fine print carefully befor you book. In our case, ewerything went good

Summer time visitors: no air conditioning
The hotel was clean, except for the water bottle that was left as an ashtray: water and cig butts. This hotel does not have air conditioning. It gets to be pretty warm in the afternoon and early in the morning with the sun shining in to the room. Last negative: the shower floor is really really slippery when wet, be careful. The location is good with plenty of restaurants around. A couple of sights are withing walking distance. The hotel only has a small sign sticking out so we had to drive around to find it. Coming from the north it is on the left side of the street. So it is not a bad hotel, but I will find another place to stay the next time.

Hotel is nice and has good breakfast - but the reception staff was not very nice and the cleaning service was extremely noisy. Dififcult to sleep with noises starting at midnight and going on through the entire night.

Wie hatten uns bei der Buchung um einen Monat vertan. Umbuchung vor Ort kein Problem. Allerdings Verständigung Englisch sehr schwierig. Zimmer modern und gut ausgestattet. Lage mitten in der Stadt. Frühstück vielfältig. Allerdings gab es Brot erst ab 7.40Uhr, obwohl Frühstückszeit ab 7.00 Uhr. Hoffentlich nur ein Einzelfall.

Daha önce de konaklama yaptığım icin, seyehatimde yine aynı oteli tercih ettim. Personelin ilgisi ve alakası, temizlik noktasında gerçekten çok hassas. Fiyat performans açısından bence şehir merkezinde olmasından dolayı cok güzel.

Erzurum Konaklama
Tesisi ve kahvaltısını çok beğendim. Kahvaltı dört dörtlük. Odanın konforu çok iyi. Kahvaltıdaki çeşit ve lezzet ise seyahatimin en iyisiydi. Potansiyel sıkıntı yaratabilecek bir kaç konu var. Odalardaki boru şeklindeki havalandırma. Buranın bağlantısı nereden geliyor bilmiyorum tabii. Ama sanırım odadaki koku veya bazı durumlardaki kötü yorumların sebebi orası. Ben çok kısa süreli bir sigara kokusu dışında büyük bir sorun yaşamadım. İkincisi odadaki sandalyeler. Altına yapıştırılabilecek bir plastik yada kumaş ses sorununu bayağı azaltabilir. Ama yukardaki katta çekilen her sandalye aşağıya oldukça fazla ses iletiyor. Ust katımdaki misafir sanırım iki saate yakın o sandalyeyi çekti. Son konu ise resepsiyon. Oradaki arkadasin seviyesi otelin seviyesinde değil. Müşteri konusurken yüzüne bakılması gerektiği bilgisinden bile bihaber. Şikayette oda değiştirme önerme, erken çıkışta sebebini ve memnun kalıp kalmadığını sorma falan hakgetire. Yani kısacası ufak dokunuşlarla 10 numara olabilecek bir tesis.
