"We were greeted promptly and courteously. Our reservation was in place as we expected. That part was fine. But our room was simply unacceptable. There was an odor in the hallways that smelled stale. Unpleasant. But finding food (crushed poptarts and raw pasta) in the drawers was gross. But even worse was when we found food crumbs in the bed. The room was in need of a big upgrade. Quite frankly, we will not be back when we are in the area again."

"Pets not allowed. 2nd floor room had a horrible smell that I thought smelled like mold, mildew and chemicals. It gave me a headache and irritated my eyes. They did let me have another room on the 3rd floor that was much better. But overall the hotel looks rundown with peeling wallpaper and many little things that just weren’t fixed properly. So-called breakfast was skimpy and only ultra processed garbage, no eggs or any real food. "
