The location is absolutely perfect, sitting right across from the breathtaking Batalha Monastery, which looks beautiful both day and night.Our room was modern, spotlessly clean, and very quiet, featuring comfortable beds and a great shower. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our entire visit. We also loved the delicious breakfast buffet each morning. Parking right out front."

The outdoor lights made it impossible to open the door for air. $400 room that does not include breakfast seems price gougey. Of course the room rate was jacked up because of the 2 concerts in town that weekend Beware of purchasing non refundable rooms. I was sick with a very contagious flu and they still would not refund or give me a room voucher for later. Terrible customer service from management"
